Above the Green Line © is a Newsletter System of rotating into Investments that generally have more Buyers than Sellers (Above the Green Line, which is Above the 250 day exponential moving average), and the highest Relative Strength (> 90 Relative Strength).

This System is designed to Buy High, and Sell Higher, where we BUY on the DIPS. But Momentum Investing does  require discipline.

Semiconductors bounced off the Red Line.

 

09/12/2016:  Markets popped up today, as Buyers came in at the 2130 Support of May 2015.  Maybe a re-test down of today’s low soon, then the S&P 500 must Make New Highs above the recent 2194 High to continue this rally since the February lows.    

Bonds have weakened, and broke the Red Line (50-day avg.) so Interest Rates rose.

09/10/2016:  Markets were down for the week, after Failing to exceed the mid August High of 2194. This was a short term Double Top, and selling came in. The S&P 500 has finally dropped down to TEST the 2130 Support of May 2015.

Bonds weakened, and broke the Red Line (50-day avg.) so Interest Rates rose.

09/08/2016:  Markets were down slightly today, but the S&P 500 is still trying to re-test the mid August High of 2194.  Failure to push thru could cause selling. Most Leading Funds are in the Red Zones.

We closed out 4 positions today for decent gains.  AG up 8.1%, EWZ up 3.1%, ILF up 1.7% and PAAS up 8.0%.  See our Current Open Positions.

The Gold Miners could easily go back down to re-test the recent Lows, soon.

Many Funds are now in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy). Wait for Money Wave Buys coming out of the Green Zones. AMD is in the Green Zone. We will email you when they are ready.

09/06/2016:  Markets continued up today as the S&P 500 is going back up to re-test the mid August High of 2194.  Failure to push thru could cause selling. Big Cap darlings AMZN & FB made new Highs.

GOLD and Metals rallied more as the Dollar fell. We took a quick 6% gain on CDE, and might sell others in the morning if they “Gap UP”. Watch for email, and the Current Open Positions.
