Above the Green Line © is a Newsletter System of rotating into Investments that generally have more Buyers than Sellers (Above the Green Line, which is Above the 250 day exponential moving average), and the highest Relative Strength (> 90 Relative Strength).

This System is designed to Buy High, and Sell Higher, where we BUY on the DIPS. But Momentum Investing does  require discipline.

07/21/2016 Daily Commentary: Markets  finally pulled back down to the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) Markets should bounce here and go back up to test the recent highs. Failing to make Higher Highs should cause selling.

Then the Markets should drop down to test Support around 2130. The S&P 500 broke out around 2130, which should be current Support.

Current Open Positions  We bought SLV & SPN on Thursday.  We did not log FMSA, as it was already up 8% near the Close.  We stopped out of ALB today with a 6.5% gain today.

07/20/2016 Daily Commentary: Markets  stretched the rubber band even further from the Green Line, on emotional buying with average Volume. The S&P 500 broke out around 2130… Closing below that could be a “False Breakout” and cause selling.  Markets should drop down soon to test Support around 2130.

07/16/2016 Weekly Commentary: Markets  were higher again for the third week, after going down and bouncing off the Green Line. Volume on the rally has been poor, and Interest Rates have quit declining.  Leaders are not popping much. The S&P 500 broke out around 2130… Closing below that could be a “False Breakout” and cause selling.  Markets should drop down soon to test Support around 2130.
