Markets were higher again today as the S&P 500 Fund bounced up off the Green Line. Bonds were up again today on Short Covering and Bottom Fishing.
The strongest Stocks and Indices are trying to bounce up , but the Volume is not high until Bonds have a good bottom. The high Interest Rates from low Bond prices have created FEAR, and that is when we like to BUY. We just have to Wait for Dumb Money to get Flushed out on FEAR (that they are panic Selling now).
Wait for more Buy Signals soon, coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
