Markets are down again today, testing the Red Lines (50-day avgs.)  The Leaders should bounce back up to the recent Highs. The Semis SMH & NASDAQ 100 QQQ still don’t have many Sellers.

We stopped out of most positions yesterday, after the Markets  Reversed down on weakness, and FED talk about the UNWINDING of $4.5 TRILLION of Debt. You need to know about this, because for 8 years the FED BOUGHT Bonds to keep rates low, causing Bonds to make a 35 year High. Now the FED is talking about slowly SELLING back the Debt (maybe over 5 years).  Long term this could flood the Bond Market with too many Bonds for sale, and Interest Rates could go higher than many expect.

Markets were mixed today on low Volume.  The Watch List is growing, as some of the very Strongest have pulled back. Not sure now that the major Indices are still going back up to re-test the recent Highs soon, after yesterday’s Reversal. The Financial & BioTechs are not helping.
