Markets  were mixed today after yesterday’s rally to New Highs on the DOW INDEX & S&P 500 Index.

Higher Interest Rates are causing the Internals of the Markets to weaken (only 56% of the NASDAQ 100 Index is Bullish, compared to 82% at the January High).

Markets “Gapped Up” today on panic Buying, as the DOW INDEX finally made it back up to the January Highs. The S&P 500 Index also made New Highs today, but the NASDAQ 100, Small Caps, NYSE and World Markets did not.

The Tech Stocks rebounded today, as some were down below their Green Lines.
