Markets  were down today, as the Tech and Momentum stock got whacked. Volume is Low. Many do not feel that the Indices put in a Higher Low than the October Lows. Until that is known, Buying will not be solid.

If the S&P 500 can make a Higher Low  or Double Bottom soon, we could see a “W” pattern for a much larger rally up. Some Defensive Sectors are not dropping much at all, indicating tha Money is not leaving the Markets, just rotating.

The Strongest Leaders need to hold above their Green Lines here, and then could see nice pops. We have lowered the Stop on many Positions today, betting on a “W” bounce of the Leaders.

 

Crude Oil is up today at  $57.45.

Markets  are mostly down today as the Indices are going back down to re-test the October Lows. APPLE and many of the Strongest Tech stocks are down near their Green Lines, so we will wait to see if they bounce soon.

The US DOLLAR is very strong, which has been hurting the Tech Stocks. The Dollar is very over-bought, and should correct soon.

 

Crude Oil is dumping down 4.6% today at $55.35 on a “Selling Climax” with huge Volume.  The OIL Volatility Index has spike up to 53, which means that FEAR has taken over, and Tammy is probably Selling near the bottom.
