Markets  were up today after the FED cut the Fed Funds Rate by 1/4 point as expected. Several Indices are lower than Monday’s Highs and Volume was lower, The  S&P 500 Index has Support at 3028. Most Leaders are Way Above the Green Lines, so be cautious up here. 

With the Markets up at the Highs, there are not many Money Wave Trades as many don’t have the PATIENCE to WAIT for dips. Investor GREED has overcome many to Buy on the Good News. Markets  popped up today on Good News and Low Volume. The  S&P 500 Index went up to 3027, almost back up to the August Highs of 3028. The FED is supposed to Lower the Fed Funds rate again next Wednesday. The FED might have a tough sell to Lower Rates when the Markets are on Highs, and Unemployment Rates at Lows. We could see some disappointments next week. We are reluctant to Buy Investments with Low Volume up here near the Highs.
