Markets were back up today as the S&P 500 Index bounced up off the Pink Line (10-day avg. ) of 3352 yesterday to avoid a Short Term Sell Signal. The S&P 500 Index was able to exceed last week’s High of 3385, which is Bullish. The DOW 30, Small Caps and NYSE are currently lower than last week. The low Market Volume is not encouraging.

Most Leaders & Indices are currently back up near the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Please WAIT for these to return to their Green Zones for Money Wave Buy Signals. It does not take that long.

The best trades are when the S&P 500 Index is ALSO on the Green Zone,

Markets were mixed today after the S&P 500  & NASDAQ 100 made slightly higher Highs. Eventually if the Economy is really that strong, Bonds and Utilities should decline on Inflation Fears, and long term Interest Rates should rise. Presently the Markets are in the Goldilocks Economy where everything is “just right”. This causes some Investors to pile in Way Above the Green Line (Good News). We like to Buy on Bad News.
