Markets were higher today after some of the Indices did not dump from Closing below the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) Now the Indices need to make Higher Highs soon for this rally to continue, and the Small Caps already did so today. Most Indices are struggling at the Mid November Resistance and are over-bought from the November Lows. The Retail Stocks made New Highs also. Markets are becoming speculative.
