Markets “Gapped Up” this morning as novice Buyers are spending ALL of their Money Way Above the Green Lines. The Indices went down near the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) yesterday and bounced up to avoid Short Term Sell Signals. Some Indices were able to make Higher Highs, but the Volume is low. The Semiconductors were strong.
Most of the Leaders are up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Investors have become too confident and FEAR has disappeared. Please be patient and WAIT for good setups in the Green Zones.
New Subscribers: Markets will eventually come back down from the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term) so now we must be patient and wait for the Leaders to return back down to their Green Zones. In the Dividend and Growth Portfolio, we will be purchasing shares at the close on Dec 1, 2020 for both Emerson Electric (EMR) and IBM with the accumulated Dividends.
Bonds were down sharply today.
Crude Oil was down $0.75 today at $44.59.
