Markets were mixed today as the Buying was feeble and the Indices are still mostly over-bought. Looks like many are still waiting for the $1.9 Billion Stimulus Plan that could be approved by the end of February. The S&P 500 & Small Cap Indices slipped below the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) but did not dump. This indicates that most are not worried about Selling. The DOW 30 and NYSE Indices held above the Pink Lines, but are not Popping up well.
Solar and Clean Energy Investments have finally corrected and many are on the Jump Start list for pops soon. The Indices are slowly coming down from the Red Zones for more Money Wave Buys soon. Please have discipline and WAIT for the major Indices to return to their Green Zones.
We are being conservative and only Buying Signals now if the Volume is High (at least 1.25 X the 50-day avg. Volume). The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone (now coming down from the Red Zone).

Bonds were down again today, and are below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was down $1.52 today at $59.00.
