Markets “Gapped Up” this morning but most of the rally fizzed out later in the day. Inflation Stocks (Steel, Copper, & Metals) popped up as Crude Oil made a New High for the year above $68.00. Tech Stocks were lower today on mild Selling. 

Many Indices and Big Caps are back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). The DOW 30 Index and the S&P 500 now need to make Higher Highs to avoid a “Double Top”. Volume is so low on most that we are reluctant to Buy much. Only 2 names on the Watch List.
