Markets were sharply higher today as the Treasury Bonds have rallied almost back up to the Green Line (see Chart above). That means lower Interest Rates for the Long Term, so the S&P 500 Index was able to Close back above the Red Line (50-day avg.) of 4400 and bring many Traders back in. The S&P 500 should be able to go back up to re-test the Highs, but currently many of the Leaders are back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term).
Try to only Buy new money investments that held above the Red Lines, as they tend to bounce first.
New Investors: Leaders had some Money Wave Pops recently, but we normally need good Volume for the bounce to last more than a few days. Most pops have been on below average Volume. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is in the Green Zone.

Bonds were up again today, but are Below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was down $1.01 today at $81.45.
