Markets were mixed to slightly lower today as the Big Tech stocks tried to firm up from yesterday’s drop. Now the DOW 30 Index is stronger than the S&P 500, and the NASDAQ 100 Index quickly lost its momentum. Money has recently moved to the boring Defensive Funds like Utilities and Consumer Staples. We will have plenty of Cash to Buy soon, with only 3 logged positions left. Try to put new Money into the Leaders below that are able to Hold above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.).

Markets were higher today as many of the Leaders had corrected down near the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) on Friday and then bounced up to avoid a Short Term Sell Signals. However, Treasury Bonds dumped down 2 % today on renewed Big Gov’t. Borrowing & Spending Bill hopes, and we will probably get Stopped out of the two Home Building positions today. The strongest Leaders now need to exceed last week’s Highs for this rally to continue. Buying Volume is still below average.

New Investors:  The strongest Leaders are back up near the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Please be patient and WAIT for more Green Zone Buy Signals. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also down in the Green Zone. 

We will Buy Five new Funds on the Close of today (Jan 3, 2022) in the ETF SECTOR ROTATION SYSTEM. Those Funds are SPY QQQ XLF XLE and XLV. Please allocate 20% into each Fund. We sold the Five ETF Sector Funds from last quarter on Friday.

DIVIDEND & GROWTH PORTFOLIO    A purchase of $5,000 of ENB – Enbridge Pipelines will be added to the Dividend & Growth Fund today on the Close (from accumulated dividends).
