Buy / Sell Signals

Markets were lower again today as Bonds continued to fall. Eventually Bonds will stretch too far down Below the Green Line, and then snap back up. Look how the Herd and Tammy panic bought Bonds 2 years ago at  $173 and are dumping them now at $114.

Bond prices dropping makes long term Interest Rates go up, which will eventually slow down the Economy. Then the Tech Stocks should recover some of the trashing that they have had this year from higher Interest Rates. The NASDAQ Index is already down 25 % from the Highs. We don’t want to be Selling any Investments now that are still Above the Green Lines today. They should pop up nicely when this Flushing is over.

The Green Line tells us that Human Emotion (FEAR), has caused Inflation and Interest Rates to go up too High, and Bonds prices are too low. All Investments eventually return to the Green Lines, and Smart Money makes profits from these spread between the price and the Green Lines..

Now the S&P 500 Index needs hold above Monday’s Support, and Bonds need to peak before we can see a decent rally in Stocks. This is currently a weak Market, so please be patient wait for more Money Wave Buy Signals. Most stocks at this time do not have high enough Relative Strength to meet the Green Line Rules.  BUYS SOON – CHARTS  The best moves are when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.

Markets were sharply lower today as the Bond Market does not think the FED is serious about dealing with Inflation. Yesterday the FED said everything needed to keep the Stock Markets from breaking Support and causing a big Sell off after raising the Fed Fund Rate 1/2 point. It also sounded like the FED would quickly return back to Printing on any weakness of the Economy.

Bond Investors wanted and will demand that the FED be more hawkish about tightening. Otherwise Bond prices could fall more. But the FED has to decide if the Stock Market and Election are more important than dealing with Inflation.

The Green Line tells us that Human Emotion (FEAR) has caused Inflation and Interest Rates to temporarily go up too High, and Bonds prices are too low. All Investments eventually return to the Green Lines, and Smart Money makes profits from extreme temporary Emotions.

Now the S&P 500 Index needs hold above Monday’s Support, and Bonds need to peak before we can see a decent rally in Stocks. Markets were higher today as the FED said everything needed to keep the Markets from breaking Support and causing a big Sell off from raising Rates 1/2 point. This Market decline was another example of why Buying on FEAR usually works, as Tammy got Flushed out near the lows once again listening to the Media.

Now the S&P 500 Index needs to get back Above the Green Line soon to remain Bullish. This is currently a weak Market, so the FED only raised 1/2 point now. Now we will wait to see if Long Term Interest Rates come down from the FED putting on the brakes of the Economy.

Markets were mostly higher today as the over-sold rally from Monday’s low continued. if the major Indices are able to hold above Monday’s low after the FED talk, then maybe the Indices had a  “False Breakdown” (maybe Bullish). That is when the prices dip below Support (to Run the Stops), and end up Closing higher.

This is currently a weak Market, so the FED might only raise 1/2 point now, instead of 3/4 point. Currently FEAR is High, and that is when we like to Buy. Investments that hold near the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) usually pop up first.
