Markets were lower today as the Indices needed to go back down and re-test the recent lows after having a nice rally up to the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) Now the S&P 500 Index needs to not make a new low this time down to be Bullish.  We’re waiting to see if Bonds will make a double bottom soon would should also be Bullish for stocks.

Most of the Leaders and Indices are coming back down to the Green Zones (probably too late to Sell for the Short Term) for more Money Wave Buy Signals..

The low volume tells us that smart money is waiting for a better decision and not trying to trade in this thin market. Oil funds, natural gas funds, and oil stocks made a new high today. Be careful, however, because energy stocks are getting extremely over-bought.
