Markets gapped up in the morning, and then faded as the Indices stalled out near the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) which has been Resistance since May. The Volume was only about half of normal as many are not Buying at this time.
We had several Money Wave Buy Signals today, but we will not Buy them on lower Volume. Without the FED Printing this year, the markets have stalled. But Smart Money is accumulating strong Stocks and is betting that the FED will not tighten too much on July 27th, as the Economy has slowed down. Semiconductors and Tech stocks were higher.
The Markets might have put in a Higher Low to show a sign of bottoming. Now the Indices need to Close above the late June Highs to be more Bullish (above 3946 on the S&P 500 Index).
The Markets and most Investments are Below the Green Lines, so please be patient and wait for Signals for Investments that are still Above the Green Lines. BUYS SOON – CHARTS The best moves are when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone (almost there!).

USO US OIL FUND Gapped up above $74.63 but USO will not be Bought or Logged as it is already up 5% today.
XOM EXXON MOBIL CORP. Gapped up above $84.88 but the Volume was not High. XOM will not be Bought or Logged.
