Markets were slightly lower today on mild profit taking from the 2 day bounce. The Indices are quickly back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the short term) and have Resistance up at the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) Oil Stocks were higher again as OPEC is planning on cutting 2 Million Barrels of Oil daily.
The S&P 500 Index has had a nice bounce up this week, as many are looking for a “W” pattern by bouncing up off of the June Support. The US Dollar and long Term Interest Rates are going back up once more to re-test the highs. We need them to correct back down towards the Green Lines. These have been keeping Stocks from bottoming.
Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for Securities that are still Above the Green Lines. BUYS SOON – CHARTS The best moves are when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
