Markets “gapped down” on the opening and then closed sharply higher. Smart Money bought on the the Bad News of the CPI numbers, and today looks like a Reversal Day with High Volume. Most is the Buying today was in the Big Caps.
The US Dollar fell sharply today and the Big Tech stocks squirted up. Long term Interest Rates continued to make a higher high, but closed weaker. Many don’t understand that the US Dollar is having a Buying Climax, and should peak soon.
Stocks need the US Dollar and long Term Interest Rates to correct back down towards the Green Lines. We are not Selling our strong stock positions on this emotional FEAR FLUSH. Securities that are still Above the Green Lines now should bounce up well on the next rally.
