Markets were mixed to higher today as the DOW 30 Index is catching up. Smart Money is taking profits as the next week. The stronger Big Techs & NASDAQ 100 Index were able to make higher highs than last week’ s high, which is Bullish. .

But the Buying Volume is low and the Leaders are over bought. Many are betting that the FED has finished Tightening, and are piling in on FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). The Inverted Yield Curve says that the Economy might have slowed down too much, and historically the FED has probably WAITED too late to stop Tightening.
