Markets were down again today, as the Tech and Momentum stock were lower, but some reversed back up. Volume is Low. The Indices are going back down to re-test the October Lows. Until we know if Support holds, Buying will not be solid.
If the S&P 500 can make a Higher Low or Double Bottom soon, we could see a “W” pattern for a much larger rally up. Some Defensive Sectors are not dropping much at all, indicating that Money is not leaving the Markets, just rotating.
The Strongest Leaders need to hold above their Green Lines here, and then could see nice pops. We have lowered the Stop on many Positions today, betting on a “W” bounce of the Leaders.
Crude Oil is down today at $53.60.
