Markets were higher today as Long term Bonds gapped down on the opening, but then firmed up. Bonds are stretched Way Below the Green Line like a rubber band, because of a massive FEAR Flush and Margin Calls. These Gov’t. Bonds are down 50% from the COVID highs. Dumb Money only knows to Sell on FEAR. The Green Line says that Bonds are about 10% under valued. Bonds should bottom soon to get a good Stock Market rally.
When Bonds finally bottom, maybe Buy more of the Leaders that we bought last week.
Wait for more Buy Signals soon, coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
