Markets were lower in the morning and closed higher today. Maybe the Indices have successfully retested the recent lows. Bonds were also weak earlier, causing selling. Bonds need to rally more to help the Tech Stocks (Techs don’t like high long term Interest Rates) . The Semiconductors are leading the way up.
Many of the Leaders have lifted up out of the Green Zones (probably too late to Sell for the short term), so we need to wait on this pull back for a day or so. There will be more Buy Signals soon, coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
