Markets were mixed today with no direction. The Leaders are back up near the highs, and not many are making progress. The DOW 30 was able to make a higher high again today. The S&P 500 is back above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) nullifying a short term Sell Signal).
Many of the Leaders have now popped up out of the Green Zones (probably too late to Sell for the short term) but the Buying Volume was poor. Where are the Buyers? Please be patient and wait for more Buy Signals in the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone (it is currently on highs and over bought).

I’ve noticed a few stocks that seem to fit AGL’s rules: MANH and CFLT. Both stocks have SCTR’s at or above 90 and are in or coming out of the ‘green zone.’ Yet, they are not on the Watch List. Why is that or am I missing something?
