Markets were down slightly today, but Interest Rates have dropped recently. The Markets must now get back Above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) to bring in more Buying.
Bonds and Crude Oil seem to be adding some competition for Stocks now.
Crude Oil was up today at $68.45.
