Markets were higher again today as the Inflation number was lower than expected (GOOD NEWS). Smart Money already knew that, and should be taking profits next week. Remember, we like to Buy on BAD News (like 2 weeks ago when Banks were Failing).
The stronger Big Techs & NASDAQ 100 Index were able to make higher highs than last week’ s high, which is Bullish. .
But the Buying Volume is low and the Leaders are over bought. Many are betting that the FED has finished Tightening, and are piling in on FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). The Inverted Yield Curve says that the Economy might have slowed down too much, and historically the FED has probably WAITED too late to stop Tightening.
Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for that are still Above the Green Lines. SOON – CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
