Markets were lower today as profit taking came in. The Indices are stretched Way Above the Green Lines and very over-bought for the Short Term. The Indices are being held up with massive Buying of the very largest Companies. You can see from the Chart above: The S&P 500 Index is near Highs, but only 51 % of the 500 Stocks in the Index are above the 50-day average. Historically this would indicate a pull-back is coming.
The weaker DOW 30 Index and the Small Caps need to make New Highs soon for this rally to continue.
