Markets are mixed today, as investors are waiting for Congress to get back from Recess, and maybe do something. The S&P 500 is holding above Support at 2322.
The very Strongest Leaders have bounced back up near the recent Highs. The Semis SMH are lagging, and the Financials have not bounced much at all… The Markets need some good news from Congress, or they could drop further.
The Reward / Risk ratio of investing now is poor, so please do not Buy unless you are VERY NIMBLE, as the Leaders are still Way Above the Green Lines.
