Markets were mixed today on very Low Holiday Volume. Most of the Leaders are up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Investors have become too confident and FEAR has disappeared. The CNN FEAR and GREED Index is way up to 92! Tammy is piling in on the Good News. The Markets are discounting an Economic Recovery. The speculation level this week has become very high (danger).
The Dow 30 Index and the Small Caps are the Strongest, and the Big Tech are slower. We are Raising CASH.
