Markets were higher again today, as the Indices Gapped Up above Friday’s Close. The Bulls are happy that the S&P 500 Index hopped above the February Highs, but the Volume is very low. The S&P 500 needs to stay above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) of 3381, to remain Bullish. Many BioTechs were down sharply today.
