Markets were slightly higher again today, but the Indices being high are masking how many of the Momentum Stocks have corrected (see Watch List below that is growing). The S&P 500 Index was able to bounce up from the Pink Line (10-day avg.) yesterday, and now is back up near Wednesday’s High.
Now is the time for all of the Leaders to make Higher Highs, but the Volume is low and the Markets seem to be steered upward. The BioTechs and Small Caps have not kept up this week. Apple is currently worth $2.15 Trillion, but the Green Line average says it’s worth about $1.5 Trillion once this Buying Climax is over. We will see…
Normally the S&P 500 Index will have profit taking up here around the Feb Highs and it needs to stay above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) of 3375, to remain Bullish.
