Markets were slightly higher today as the S&P 500 Index is trying again to get up to the Feb High. Markets seem to be waiting on more Stimulus Fuel to go higher, but Congress is not helping. Many Leading Stocks pulled back recently to create Money Wave Buy Signals, but several of them Gapped Up more than 4% today which makes the Buying difficult.
Normally the S&P 500 Index will have profit taking up around the Feb Highs and it needs to stay above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) of 3354, to remain Bullish.
