Markets were down today as the Markets are re-testing Monday’s Lows. The Indices are shaking the tree once more to see if any Sellers are left. We are Lowering Sell Stop Losses once more, as Investors are now too Emotional (see Chart Above). The Volume is lower today which is Bullish, and the CNN Fear & Green Index is down to 3 (about as low as it gets).
So far many of the Strongest Leaders are higher than Monday’s Lows and are holding up well on this pull-back (Bullish). The higher Volume Leaders are: AAPL ABBV BMY MSFT NLOK PLUG SHOP & TSLA) and should be good to Buy if the Markets bounce soon. The weaker Indices are currently Way Below the Green Line. which means that Investors FEAR has caused them to over-sell them (all Investments eventually return to their Green Lines.
Bonds were mixed today, and are very over-bought.
Crude Oil was down $1.75 today at $32.65.
