Markets were higher today as the Indices were very over-sold and Buyers came in. Since the DOW 30, Small Caps, Transports and NYSE are still Below the Green Lines, it would be normal for the Markets to go back down to re-test Friday’s Lows. So don’t chase anything. TSLA is already 19 % off of the recent Lows.
Today many of the Leaders will have Short Term Buy Signals. Please be aware that these could dip back down again, but they should hold up above last week’s Lows if the Markets are going to bounce much. The High Volume on the Markets last week should indicate a “Selling Climax” by the Herd (time to Buy).
The best trades are usually when the S&P 500 Index is ALSO coming up out the Green Zone (like now), The only problem is that the Market decline was very steep, and that usually takes longer to bottom.
Bonds were mixed today, and are very over-bought.
Crude Oil was up $2.25 today at $47.01.
