Markets “Gapped Up” today on Good News about China Trade. The rally weakened as Long Term Interest Rates rose. The problem with a stronger Economy is normally Higher Long Term Interest Rates. The S&P 500 Index went up to 3097, and Support is at 3028. Most Leaders are Way Above the Green Lines, and buying up in the Red Zones is normally not a good bet.
With the Markets up at the Highs, the recent Money Wave Buy Signals have not popped well (Low Volume represents Low Buying Conviction) … We need a bigger pull-back.
