Markets were up today after selling off this morning. The S&P 500 Index is struggling to stay above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) of 2999. The S&P 500
needs to make New Highs soon for this rally to continue. Many Investors are reluctant to Buy with the Indices back up near Highs.
Please WAIT for the Leaders to return to their Green Zones, and the best trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
Bonds were down slightly today, and the 7 day rally has been weak so we will try to Buy TLT lower later this week.
Crude Oil was up $0.33 today at $58.42.
