Markets were down again today on lower Volume and some unfavorable news. The FEAR is High, so probably a Stock Rally coming. Techs and Semiconductors were under pressure from Trade Fears.
The S&P 500 Index stalled up near Resistance of 2943 on Friday, and Sellers came in. Markets are back below their 50-day averages which is not Bullish. Markets are waiting for a Trade War resolution.
Bonds were mixed today and might have Double Topped. Bonds are Way Above the Green Line (Caution!).
Crude Oil was down $1.00 today at $54.10.
