Markets were mostly higher again today but the Tech Stocks had some mild profit taking. Many investors are not wanting to Sell with the massive FED Printing going on at least thru September. The S&P 500 Index was able to make New Highs today but most of the Leaders back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). The DOW 30 Index and the Small Caps are still lagging as only the very Largest Stocks are pulling the Indices higher. The Volatility Index (VIX) was up today, which can be “bearish”.
New Investors: Please WAIT for the Leaders to return to the Green Zones for more Money Wave Buy Signals soon. Lately the Buying Volume has been low which indicates that Smart Money is not Buying much. The Markets are near Highs, and have not pulled back enough to create many good over-sold entries. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone (now in the Red Zone).

Bonds were up slightly today, and are Above the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up $1.19 today at $69.78.
