Markets were mixed today after rallying back up near the July Highs. Good News Investors were Buying after the FED cut the Fed Funds Rate by 1/4 %. The S&P 500 Index is back above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) and needs to make New Highs soon for this rally to continue. It is normal for Markets to struggle at the Resistance of the previous Highs.
Please WAIT for the Leaders to return to their Green Zones, and the best trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
Bonds were up slightly today, but the 5 day rally has been weak so we will try to Buy TLT lower next week.
Crude Oil was up $0.18 today at $58.29.
