Markets were mixed again today, as the Leaders & Indices are quickly back up in the Red Zones (probably too late the Buy for the short term). Trading was slow before the Labor Day Holiday on Monday. The WATCH LIST is small now as the Market has squeezed out the Short Sellers in the last 5 days.
Bonds held at Support and bounced, but are over bought for the short term. So we have Buy Signal today on Inverse Bond Fund TBT but the Volume is low. Maybe a quick trade back up. This might cause some profit taking on the Tech Stocks (Techs don’t like high long term Interest Rates) .
Now we need to wait on a pull back for a few days. There will be more Buy Signals soon, coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
