Markets were mixed today after having a small rally in the morning. Volume was Low, as the S&P 500 Index is trying to exceed the recent Highs again. Next Resistance is the August Highs of 3028. We are reluctant to Buy Investments up here near the Highs on Low Volume .
Please be patient and WAIT for the Leaders to come back down into the Green Zones for more Money Wave Buys soon. Many Leaders are up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term).
