Markets were lower today as the Indices are re-testing Friday’s Lows. The S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 Indices need to hold here at the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) for the Markets to maintain upward momentum. The weaker DOW 30, NYSE & Small Cap Indices are below the Red Lines and now the Red Lines are Resistance. We need to see more stocks making New Highs for the rally to continue.
New Investors: The Buying Volume on many of the Buy Signals recently has been weak so we are not Buying much. Please be patient and WAIT for Money Wave Buy Signals. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone (finally back down to Green Zone).
