Markets were down today after struggling at the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) from lack of Buyers. The Indices need to make Higher Highs soon for this rally to continue. The Indices are struggling at the Resistance of last Monday’s Highs and were over-bought from the November Lows. The DOW 30 Index and the Small Cap Index or Russell 2000 made Highs this week.
New Subscribers: Markets will eventually come back down from the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term) so now we must be patient and wait for the Leaders to return back down to their Green Zones. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
