Markets were slightly higher today after yesterday’s big rally on Good News. Inflation numbers were lower, and Dumb Money that got Flushed last month on the Lows, has piled back in.
The Leaders and Indices are now very extended for the short term, on FOMO Buying (Fear of Missing Out). Most of the Indices are back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the short term).
T-Bonds are still holding up above the 50-day average, but should go down once more. Inverse FEAR is now gone (VIX FEAR Index has dropped), so maybe raise some CASH. The WATCH LIST has only 2 entries in it, so be cautious.
Wait for more Buy Signals soon, coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
