Markets were up again today as much of the FEAR is gone. Now emotional Investors are Buying some of the Leaders Way Above the Green Lines again, like they did at the January Highs. The NASDAQ 100 INDEX is 16 % Above the Green Line today, and can go higher but the Reward / Risk is not the 2:1 ratio that you want to accept the Risk of Buying in now.
