Markets were higher today on mild Buying and Short Covering. The Banks and Media created great FEAR last week, so Dumb Money Sold Short to try to benefit from a falling Market (and were wrong). Now the Market is betting that the FED will NOT Raise Interest Rates tomorrow.
The Big Techs & NASDAQ 100 Index are over bought for the short term, so expect some profit taking if there is Good News tomorrow. It is amazing how much of the FEAR is quickly gone.
Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for that are still Above the Green Lines. SOON – CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
