Markets were lower today as the Indices needed to re-test Wednesday’s Lows. Volume is much lower are the FEAR is slowly subsiding. The CNN Fear & Green Index is slowly creeping up from 2, to 8 today. It was 95 (SELL) at the Market Top in January.
The Leaders and NASDAQ 100 Index are holding up better. Some Leaders are about to Close above their Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) which should make them safer to Buy.
The Markets are extremely over-sold from FEAR, as the DOW 30 Index is currently 7000 points Below the Green Line (Investments eventually return to their Green Lines).
The higher Volume Leaders are: AAPL ADBE AMD MSFT NLOK PLUG VIPS SHOP & TSLA) and should bounce very well when the Markets bottom.
Bonds were up 5 % today.
Crude Oil was down $2.77 today at $23.14.
