Markets were up today on mild over-sold Buying. The S&P 500 Index should have good Support near the 2018 Low of 2346. (see chart above). The Markets are extremely over-sold from FEAR, as the S&P 500 Index is currently 17% Below the Green Line (Investments eventually return to their Green Lines).
WE ARE NOT SELLING ANYTHING TODAY, (other than BND below). Lower Stops if necessary until the Selling Climax is over. The CNN Fear & Green Index is down to 4 (about as low as it gets).
Many of the Green Line Open Positions (except the Indices) are holding near or above their Green Lines. In the 1987 Market crash, the Strongest Investments held Above the Green Lines and after the Selling stopped, they were back near Highs in a few months. The higher Volume Leaders are: AAPL AMD MSFT NLOK PLUG VIPS SHOP & TSLA) and should be good to Buy when the Markets bounces.
Bonds were down today as equities rose.
Crude Oil was down $1.78 today at $26.92.
