The Markets popped up today, as many Leaders were in the Green Zones, and the Watch List was loaded. The Indices have been holding up very well, even with Crude Oil dropping below $49. Looks like the DOW wants to try the Highs again.
Many are waiting on probable FED RAISE next Wednesday. Commodities have dumped with the Rising US Dollar, but the Dollar should take profits on the FED News.
The Reward / Risk ratio of investing now is poor, so please do not Buy unless you are VERY NIMBLE, as the Leaders are still Way Above the Green Lines.

We are using Investors Business Daily’s Relative Strength, which is weighted more to the last year, instead of very Short Term.

If the Investment is on the Watch List, the Slow Stochastic (or Money Wave) is probably already near 20 or Below.
This Value is changing quickly, and we do not have a way to update the current Value on the spreadsheet automatically.
You can quickly click on the Investment Symbol Chart Link and get the “real time” Value of the Slow Stochastic.
Also, when the Slow Stochastic on the Investment has popped > 20, and should have a Buy Signal that day, the Investment
will be high lighted with a light green color (indicating a probable Buy Signal for that day).
