The Indices are trying bounce up off the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) but many investors appear to be waiting for news. The S&P 500 Index is bouncing up out of the Green Zone today, but the Volume is poor and not convincing. Normally a Money Wave Buy from the S&P 500 is a preferred time to Buy others.
